Test Prep at Catalyst Writing & Education
Standardized tests don’t have to feel overwhelming. My approach to test prep is grounded in clarity, confidence, and strategy. Rather than drilling endlessly, I teach students how each test works. We practice together, analyze patterns, use data to pinpoint weak spots, and build toward independence. Students learn how to manage time, read strategically, and approach each section with purpose rather than panic.
Test prep is available in 1:1 sessions or small group formats, depending on your student’s needs and goals. Families interested in upcoming group courses can find current offerings on the Courses tab.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula for success. Every student approaches testing differently, which is why preparation is tailored to the individual — building on strengths, addressing weak spots, and fostering genuine confidence along the way.
Most students benefit from 15–20 hours of focused preparation, depending on their starting point and timeline.
